Your pet’s rabies certificate, always to hand.
A rabies certificate is the single most requested pet document — by kennels, groomers, airlines and border officials. PetPass keeps the original file alongside the key details so you never need to dig through paperwork.
What a valid certificate usually shows
- Pet name, species, breed, sex and colour
- Microchip number, ideally recorded before or on the vaccination date
- Vaccine product name, manufacturer, lot/serial number
- Date administered and date the protection expires
- The veterinarian’s name, clinic, licence details and signature
How PetPass stores it
- Upload a photo or PDF of the signed certificate from your vet
- Review the extracted dates yourself before anything is saved
- Get reminders before the certificate expires
- Share only rabies and core vaccines with a boarding facility through an expiring, optional-PIN link
Important
- A digital copy supports, but does not replace, the signed original your vet or a border authority may request. Always confirm requirements with the organisation asking for it.
